* Work must be completed during a weekend. I work Mon-Fri, and can not take time off to be at home * I need someone to check out my Bathroom Heat-lamp-fan unit. The heat-lamps are working, but the fan has stopped. Can this be fixed, or is a replacement required? Also, I'd like someone to check out the switchboard which is making a strange buzzing noise everynight.
