Replace light fittings x2

Hi there, I have two (bayonet) ceiling-mounted light fittings (old style, not downlight) that have stopped working. The lightbulbs seem to go in "loosely" so I suspect they need replacing with new ones. Is there a registered electrician who could do this for me? Early morning, after work, weekend fine. If so, could you please quote or estimate for replacing two fittings (parts and labour in $ please, and incl. GST). Thanks, Cally
