Quote for installation of new light fittings.

We have three new light fittings to be installed. They are replacing existing but there is a challenge as we live in a 1950s concrete block home and the existing fittings do not have an earth wire. Also they are on the ground floor of a two storey building. Please only reply if you are up for this possibly challenging install. It will also involve replacing a two switches which have dimmers which are not compatible with these lights.
