Assess circuit breaker - probably replace

Hi, We have a Bremca domestic switchboard and one of the plug (16A) circuit breakers (see attached photo) will not switch back to the on position. We have unplugged and turned off all its sockets, it still won't turn back on. Have also turned off the mains and tried to turn it back on with the mains off and it still won't work, so we think it's perhaps more likely a broken circuit breaker than a fault with the circuit, but of course I'm no electrician :-) We would really like someone to fix this as soon as poss, as the plugs on that circuit are for our baby's room and the laundry. We would also like to ask about some other electrical work while you're here (eg, installing a heatrail and a plug in the bathroom, additional plugs in other rooms etc), more so to get an indication of price, as we will probably have to wait a few months before getting this other work done.

Dave did a fantastic job, he was able to come out and fix our electrical problem the very day I posted the job. His rates are very reasonable and he also gave us some great advice about other electrical work we're thinking about getting in the future. Have no hesitation in recommending Dave.
