Our hot water cylinder has stopped heating water effectively. We tried increasing the thermostat without any effect. We checked the breakers and power meter (it's on controlled night) and could find nothing wrong. Hoping to have this resolved quickly so we can have showers again.

Thanks for coming the same day and restoring our hot water! It's just a shame the water cylinder took so long to drain so we ended up paying for a lot of downtime.
