Fuse for kitchen sockets is blowing

A ceramic fuse unit in the fuse box keeps blowing. Started 3 weeks ago and has happened twice. I don't think there is any major surges when this has happened but have not been at home when this has occurred. Would like someone to come and investigate. Also would like some electrical plates to be replaced from one to two sockets

Sorted out the fuse box and has given me a quote which I accepted for the switchplates. He explained things well and I am happy that my fuse box is sorted.
