Garage conversion to studio. ( approx 24 sq m)
Wiring up led lights x 7 + light switches, power sockets x 5
Small bathroom included with fan extractor and hot water cylinder needs to be wired up
Need to update power supply from house with higher amp cable ( approx 10 metres ) to take the load. Home owner will supply all fittings, lights, switches. power sockets etc. Needs to be certified to comply with council consent. Sparky to supply cabling, labour and certification. Walls and ceiling not yet lined so good access to walls etc.
