Need 240v socket in ceiling cavity for HRV/DVS. House recently re-wired (Hot Water tank and extractor in ceiling) so should be a pretty easy job to find a spot to wire up a socket. Standard brick and tile dwelling. Located in Avonhead. Property tenanted.
