Our tenant's night store heater was damaged during the 22/2 earthquake and has been removed. We need to organise a replacement secondary heat source for her as it is under the DVS outlet. We would consider another night store or perhaps a panelheater as recommended by the tradesperson and with the tenant's agreement. The only difficulty is that this property has already had $2000 of emergency repairs and we must submit quotes to the EQC to have the emergency fund for the property increased before we can give the go ahead.
