Install Kitchen Ceiling Extractor Fan and Wire Replacement Oven

Rental property requires: 1) Replacement oven to be installed (plug change - we will provide the oven) 2) To supply and install a 150mm ceiling mounted extractor fan for a small kitchen (to include ducting via ceiling space to eave and wire fan to a switch of its own). Extractor fan has to meet NZ Healthy Homes ventilation code e.g. fan must meet 101 l/s or 350m3/hr - there is access to the ceiling cavity). The property can't have a range hood installed due to its location. Please provide an indicative price.
