Glenn came and had a look at the job to quote. Ultimately the job was not possible due to the lack of support structure in the apartment. Glenn spent a descent amount of time thinking of alternative ways to make it work and clearly explained pros and cons of each option but ultimately it would not be feasible. I give Glenn full ratings for his communication, commitment and customer focused attention.
