Replace Kitchen Light & disconnect old alarm box

Hi all - Last minute request to see if any Electricians out there would be available either tomorrow or next week to take out our old Kitchen Light and replace it with a new one. We also have an old alarm box in the spare room wardrobe ( Wierd I know). We are just needing a sparky to make sure its disconnected so we can remove the alarm panels. I've attached a pic of both the old light and a pic of the new one we have bought. Also a pic of the random old Alarm box. Super short notice we know but if by chance someone had time and was in the Sandringham area after 12pm tomorrow (Wed 31 March) that would be super as our tenants are at home then. Otherwise happy to arrange for a day next week. Please drop me a line if your interested and we can sort out the details. Thanks!
