Builders Report Fix Ups - Subfloor, Roof re-motar, Roof capping, Bathroom etc

We have purchased a 1980s townhouse that requires some fixups as identified in the builders' report. We would like a breakdown of prices for all the jobs, after which we'll select the jobs that fit within our budget. The work should be done between Jan 20 and Feb 20, the earlier the better. Builder Jobs - Reflashing open areas on roof - Re-mortaring roof capping - Repairing cracked weather board - Adding sub floor bracing as main foundation bracing has been disconnected. Main foundation is sitting on a concrete slab. - Subfloor piles require connection between pile and bottom timber plate. - Sub floor rotting - Replacing a deck post as the deck is dropping slightly - Adding centre stringer to deck stairs - Repairing fences that are leaning over - Replacing a door - Removing bathtub - Removing bathroom tiles - Replacing possible rotten timber in bathroom floor - Reducing size of pantry (involves removing a wall) - Extending a wardrobe - Installation of sliding doors for bathroom Plumber Jobs - Waterproofing bathroom - Installing new shower box - Installing new toilet in place of bathtub - Replacing existing vanity with new vanity - Removing bath taps Electrician - Installing new light fittings - Replacing old fashioned switches with new ones - Installing extraction fan and heater in bathroom General Jobs - Removing rubbish from under deck - Double weedmat below deck and overlaying with gravel - Repairing garden gate

David went out and above the call of duty for every bit of the job, studying the house plans and even engineers calculations for our sub-floor work. He even advised against doing certain things in our interest, at the expense of losing more work. Very knowledgeable and friendly. David put in a lot of hours to get the job done so we could have out carpet laid. Thanks for all your help, don't know what we would have done without you!
