Dog chew damage to plastic covering and insulation of exterior wires (heatpump)

Our dog has decided to eat the covering off of an electrical cable that comes out of our living room wall (exterior), which we think may power the heat pump. Some small nicks to the insulation as well. Need an electrician to 1) check and repair the cable if needed and 2) replace the damaged plastic covering with something harder wearing
