Renovate a bathroom

Our bathroom is in a 1920s bungalow in central Auckland. The room was previously a bedroom and no water proofing has been done so the job entails removing existing bath over shower, pedastal basin and toilet, water proofing the ceiling and walls, replace existing window with a smaller one and therefore add weather boards on the exterior, install new pedestal basin, toilet, tiled shower with glazing, tiles on the floor and half height on the walls. Install heated towel rail and extractor fan.
