Window Repair

Hello One of the lounge windows in one of our tenanted properties, requires repairing. Please provide a quote for required window repairs/sealing to achieve compliance with any non compliant healthy homes aspects. Please have a look at all other windows in the home while on site and give advise if there is any further work needed, so these can potentially be tackled at the same time. Kindly share the itemised quote such that we can know the cost of just the immediate urgent repair needed as well as if we choose to attend to other windows also which may not be that urgent. Please advise if you 1) you hold any public liability and defective workmanship insurance? 2)Will you need a site visit, if yes is that chargeable? 3) Will you furnish a compliance certificate after the job is completed,if applicable or? 4) How much warranty do you offer on your workmanship?
