Replacing window framing with borer

We've just noticed the window frame in our subfloor space has borer on the top right corner (in two bits of timber). We'd like these replaced to be on the safe side. The cladding on the outside is asbestos (I think mixed with concrete?) slab on concrete, with gib on the inside. There has also been some water damage to the gib (probably when someone left the window open in the past) and want to check if there's no other damage we need to be on top of. I'll be home tomorrow (Monday) and Tuesday morning if possible to have a site visit and quote. Thanks!
