Window seals and handle maintenance

I have had a company inspect my windows have have suggested that I need the following; Bed 2: 1 x Set A330 Friction Stays Supply and fit approximately 4 meters butterfly rubber Bed 3: 2 x F/F Handles Toilet: 1 x Set A330 Friction Stays 1 x F/F Handle Supply and fit approximately 3 meters butterfly rubber F/F = Face Fix, Wedgeless handles Attached are some photos of the type of joinery. I am hoping that you can estimate the cost without needing to attend and thus you can attend in one trip with the correct parts to fit the windows.
