Leaky window

Window is about 60cm height by 120 cm length. It has three sections, the middle section is divided in two with the top half having a louver window arrangement. Side sections have a latched window each that no longer open due to wear and other reasons. Window setting is late 1950s, wooden frame etc. The window is leaking and in need of attention. Looking for repair. My priority is best cost solution.
