Sealing a leaky door frame/Fixing toilet cistern

Job 1: The wooden french doors on our house leak at the bottom and the water has damaged the carpet inside. The doors need to be sealed along the bottom. Job 2: The toilet cistern has a small leak out of a 'bung.' It needs sealing. I need a fixed quote for this job, which should be possible with the photos I've attached, rather than a separate site visit. However, access is no problem if you want to have a look first.
