Window Maintenance/Replacement/Leak repair

I am looking for someone who can do some maintenance on existing windows around the house. There are high moisture levels around a set of windows in the living room and also in the main bedroom which I am wanting to get fixed either by way of replacing the windows or by detecting where the water is getting in. I have been advised for the living room windows it may be due to lack of drainage holes and the sealant failing in which case the solution was for the glass was to be removed, new sealant done and also more drainage holes drilled so I am looking for someone to perform that fix if that is what will help. I am unsure about the fix for the bedroom window however it could be the same issue. I also have a bathroom window that does not close properly at the top which allows for water to get in during heavy rain so am looking for that to be fixed as well.
