Install privacy locks and fix window hinge

Needing some assistance to install 2x square privacy lock bolts into an existing round holes - see photos. Also assistance with drilling out screws from broken window hinge. I have a new replacement hinge ready.

Quick to quote and arrange a time to be onsite. Despite asking for my phone number there was no communication to why they showed up an hour after we agreed. Was told the job would take 25mins, instead over 2hrs, and the door lock was not properly fitted. I needed to leave my property and they still wanted to work on it. I appreciate the perseverance but this would have been avoided via better communication. They then showed up unannounced nexy day on my property which was not appreciated.
