Condensation between double-glazed window panes

One of our double-glazed windows has been showing condensation, closer inspection seems to show the condensation is between the 2 panes of glass, and it can't be wiped off from the side of the glass that faces inside the house. From what I understand, this means the seals might be faulty? Would like to have someone come out to assess and repair it please.

Wood closet sliding door needs rehanging

New Aluminum Doors & Windows

Small job but need to get done before house sale settlement 19th July. 1970's constructed wardrobe with 3 wooden sliding doors. Left door in the main photo has detached and bracket is broken so need it repaired so it can be rehung. The plastic floor runner brackets have all broken off but not critical to job as need to keep cost down. Just need the left door rehung so it can be opened and closed.
