Exterior timber window frame rotten, needs repair

Fix or replace barn doors

The barn doors are not built properly. I suspect that the hinges are too small or weak to hold them up. They tilt inwards on an angle stopping a smooth close (the locks don’t align well) and creating a gap above the door. I’d like them to be replaced completely or straightened.

Custom front door

Our front door is an non standard size and we have been unable to find one at demolition places, so we think we need to have one built for us (unless someone has a better idea). We are selling the home so want a nice door but simple and as cost effective as possible (we're not looking to make a statement :-)) We would also consider an aluminium door as the frames and screen doors are aluminium. 2x aluminium windows not shutting at top- draughts- repairs needed

Hello, I have 2 x aluminium windows that need attention. One will not fully close there is gaps at the tops to outside) therefore draughts. It looks as though they have dropped and the top hinges are not closing or something. Another one does close with the handle but still huge gaps at the top despite having some rubber seals. They need re aligning and making sure the seals are ok to stop gaps and draughts and open smoothly Would assume can be done by a handyman or someone who knows alumin...
