Requirement for removal of old joinery, wall lining around the windows and the exterior hardie plank which are cracked. Support the existing roof and fit new door lintel replace the hardie plank and new lining around the new door. Fit new trim around the door. Probably need gib/plaster. Supply and installation of bifolds optional.
