Centurion Vector Linear Swing Gate Fix

I have a Centurion Vector linear swing door that come up an issue recently that it stops at a short distance. The error message shows "Max Colllition Reach" where there is no other obstacle on the way. Try to set the collision setting to its max allow still can't fix the issue. When operates, I can hear some unusual crunching sound from the motor.
