Pick up & hang a 2nd hand door

I have purchased a 2nd hand glass & wood 1970s door in Chatswood & the door needs to be collected, flipped, & hung. The door is too long & will need to be shortened too. I’m unsure if the hinges will need to moved. Will need to see once have the door. The door will need a water stopper on the bottom as per existing door which has wood rot.
