Northcote Garage door not closing completely to ground-needs recalibration

The downstairs single sized-garage door of a lease property is not closing properly to the ground, it leaves a gap down the bottom. It may require a service or simple recalibration. The photo shows damage from 10 years ago which meant a repairer had to recalibrate the door back then, but I am overseas and don't have a current photo of the gap, but I suspect the door just needs to be recalibrated. This is the remote we use --- --- it is a Merlin remote system, installed around 2008.
