Window replacment

Hi, I need a window frame replaced in an old house, as a corner has completely rotted out. (it has a bull nose profile on the inside of the frame). Thickness is approx 45mm Stile is 1223 x 48 Rail is 445 x 79. (unsure of the exact glazing dimensions ATM) It needs to be a hardwood. What is the cost (approx is fine at this stage)? And, what is the time frame for production? If you also install, what is the additional cost? Please do NOT call as i cannot answer my phone....

Repair hinges for two aluminium windos

Looking for someone who can repair or replace the hinges on two of our aluminum windows. One only has two states, closed or all the way open - and when closed isn't flush against the frame letting wind and noise in. The second will not close flush because the right-hand hinge has come loose from the frame.

Need flashing installed above an aluminium window in a closed in conservatory.

I have a conditional offer on this property; Andrews street, Waikanae, due to be confirmed this Friday 24-5-24. The pre-purchase building inspection I had done had detected moisture getting in at top of the aluminium window frame and noted; not visible to the eye, it appears no flashing had been installed when the conservatory was closed in years ago. It is north facing. I need to know please which trades person can do this job and offer a quote asap.

Rotting beneath window

Whislt prepping to paint. I found some rotten timber beneath the window. It appears (hopefully) to be only in the apron and not in the frame itself. Needing this fixed (hopefully without having to remove window frame).

Replace french door/windows

Need old french doors replaced. Bottom has rotted and they are unaligned. Bottom part has come away completely, and they are pretty old so probably need fully replacing at this point.

Door off track

An internal sliding door has come off its track. I suspect the track may need replacing. It's in an awkward place behind a cupboard. The cupboard is movable but not by me!!!! My house is going on the market soon and I would like it repaired fairly quickly.
