Need flashing installed above an aluminium window in a closed in conservatory.

I have a conditional offer on this property; Andrews street, Waikanae, due to be confirmed this Friday 24-5-24. The pre-purchase building inspection I had done had detected moisture getting in at top of the aluminium window frame and noted; not visible to the eye, it appears no flashing had been installed when the conservatory was closed in years ago. It is north facing. I need to know please which trades person can do this job and offer a quote asap.
