I wish I'd found this company 15 years ago! Three corded sash windows in my old bungalow stopped working — we used to prop them open with sticks or books in summer. This time I posted an ad, and they came the next day. In just 3 hours, they fixed a problem I'd lived with for 15 years! My wife asked why I waited so long — honestly, I thought no one still repaired windows like these. Now I open the window with one thumb and enjoy my coffee. Highly recommend!

When awarded the job, fixed a date to carry out the works and his staff got stuck in. There is room for improvement in communication, and the way his staff left the site in the evening. However, he was very receptive to our feedback that he communicate all inclusions and exclusion with home owners at the start.
