Aluminium windows with wooden window frame

Hi there, We have two alloy windows (approx. 1.2m wide x 1.7m height) that needs to be repaired or replaced. It seems the seal from outside window is not working and water comes in when it rains, the whole internal wooden window frame has gone rotten and needs repair or replacement. Not sure if the alloy windows also need to be replaced. Need an experienced certified builder to look into this. Location: Green Bay.
