sliding door/wooden joinery maintenance (small job)

Suspended sliding door (wooden) for my inbuilt outdoor storage shed has jammed on its rail. Intial problem was that the roller suspension was set too low and had the door dragging on the wooden frame. I've tried to fix it myself but made it worse. Now has a few rounded off screws and awkward angles to work with. Also have a wooden byfold door where one of the panels has swelled and is scraping paint off the frame (probably just needs a plane.
