Replacing 3 internal doors

Hi, We we need help to replace three internal doors. We will provide the doors, hinges, strike plates, door handles and paint. We need help to: - fit the doors, - paint the doors, - install door handles, - install striker plates, - hang the doors, - install door stops. The existing doors are approximately 1960mm x 760mm x 37mm thick however one door frame is approximately 45mm thick. We would like the doors fitted as well as possible to the door frames. We could purchase custom made doors or buy off the shelf doors that would need to be adjusted. We would like your advice on this. We live in Point Chevalier. Thanks!
