Trim Wooden Door

I have a standard wooden door in my apartment unit, it has a handle which automatically drags the door close. The door as aged and tilted a bit (see picture) the top left of the door is touching the frame when it tries to close, so it doesn't shut automatically and requires a little bit of push. I am selling this unit unconditionally, the buyer requires the door to close automatically, therefore I need someone to help me either sand/plane/trim down the edge of the door so that it's not touching the frame when it shuts and the door should close automatically.
