Demolish the concrete pad and wooden deck

Clive completed the work according to expectations and provided regular communication to me on progress. Clive included the removal of 3 concrete steps and cutting of timber without extra charge. There were extra effort and time required to remove the concrete pad due to larger than estimated depth - all done without extra charge. Clive is very professional and easy to work with.

Went above and beyond helping me with another small job while he was there (which I'm more than happy to pay for!) and ensured site was swept and tidy, with all rubbish removed (including some extra items headed for the tip) before leaving.
