Removed fireplace and close with drywall.

Remove fire place and cover with drywall. There's a concrete base of the fireplace that must be removed. Then possible farming the fireplace hole in the wall. And then drywalling it. No need for painting and finishing it as I will repaint the whole room at a later date.

We have an old shed at the back of our property that was there upon move in. We’re now wanting to remove the shed to allow for a studio unit kit set to be installed. The shed is Shed size: 2540 cm long, 2570 cm wide, 2140cm tall. It’s made of corrugated iron for the most part. It’s built onto a concrete slab with some concrete lips around it that we’d ideally like smoothed out to make sure it’s a flat surface.

Removal of redundant cast iron vent pipe

I am looking for someone who can remove a redundant cast iron vent pipe. A plumber has already disconnected and cut the pipe above the ground. The pipe could be removed up to the soffit and temporarily supported in that location OR fully removed with a temporary roof patch - prior to us getting a roofer to patch repair. I'm open to either option. Looking for someone who can get this done as soon as possible.
