Demolition - Deck and lean-to

We are doing some renovations on our house and before that starts we would like to demolish our deck and lean-to. We will have the gas, electricity and water in the lean-to cut off. We are on a time crunch so the sooner the better. Our preference is demolition and removal but can sort removal at a later date if not possible.
