Disconnect internal fence and ivy from boundary fence

Urgent job for Friday 15 December 8am. We are having some demolition done and part of that is the complete removal of an internal fence. The fence is covered in ivy and the ivy has spread to the adjoining boundary fence. THIS JOB: To cut through the ivy and internal fence approx 200mm from the boundary fence so that the boundary fence is not affected when the internal fence is pulled ddown. No removal is required.

I have a sleepout on my property that needs demolition. The address is 35 Forest Rd and the sleep out is on the south boundary facing Jeep Rd. It has a small attached bathroom but it is otherwise a large shed. The cladding is likely to be asbestos.

Pathway removal

We have a pathway running across our lawn approx 12 metres in length ,1 metre wide and ~3 inches thick. Goal is to get is totally gone and converted to lawn. Wanting cost breakdowns for the following: - Breakdown of the concrete (and just left in chunks pretty much as is) - Moving concrete chunks to a skip - Alternatively, putting concrete straight onto truck for removal if possible. Remodelling for Kitchen

We are looking for a qualified builder to take out a wall, which may be structural , so we can create a bigger space for a new kitchen design. We have not added an expected cost because we do not know whether it will need additional support/bracing and what the options are. Remove carpet and tiles and removing brick fireplace hearth.

We need to remove the tiles from part of the kitchen-dining, the entrance, and laundry, to remove the carpet from the rest of the house, and to remove a brick hearth . This is the first part of the renovations we are making and we would like to start by the 21st of January and get it done asap.

Broken concrete removal

Removal of a broken concrete pathway from the rear of my section. Either into a skip or taken away to landfill or re-use. Concrete is piled up and access is pretty flat from road to area. Concrete is from an old pathway from the side and rear of the property.

Then need some new concrete to conform to existing concrete in terms of style as far as possible. Old and new will be coated. Approx area of new concrete 60 sq meters.
