Disconnect internal fence and ivy from boundary fence

Urgent job for Friday 15 December 8am. We are having some demolition done and part of that is the complete removal of an internal fence. The fence is covered in ivy and the ivy has spread to the adjoining boundary fence. THIS JOB: To cut through the ivy and internal fence approx 200mm from the boundary fence so that the boundary fence is not affected when the internal fence is pulled ddown. No removal is required.
