Concrete stairs

Remove old concrete stairs and a small patch of concrete at the bottom of the stairs and replace with new brushed concrete stairs. The stairs run in between 2 houses and the area is approximately 10.5 m from top to bottom and 1.3m wide. Job to include removal of old concrete and any remedial work required to the nib and flashing along the edge of one of the houses. Wanting work completed late august early September
