A path is disconneced from posts and slowly slumping - solutions?

The small path that leads up to my flat's only entrance is detatched from its original rusted post anchors, and seems to be slumping a couple of mm a year. Ideally looking for it to be raised back up a bit and new anchors to the posts (and building wall?) prevent more movement. I work from home so can be available any time for a visit and quote.
