Front concrete path needs relaying and drain installed as no slope

We have a 10m path on the front side of the house under the soffit that needs to be “resloped” as it is not draining water. Or perhaps a drainage channel needs to be installed after concrete cut. Either or both options considered. Also need to tidy up/redo steps and access to the house.
