Clean up of external patio

I was hoping to clean up my patio, timber access stairs, and masonry fence. This would hopefully include a sweep of the area, a wash, and mould/mildew removal. My courtyard is 18.75 m^2 and is exposed aggregate. I have a deck/stairway which is 3 m^2. Additionally, there are masonry walls which come to 17.65 m^2 - these do not fully enclose the area. I have attached photos of the area to provide further information.
