Kitchen & Bathroom - Concrete floor grind and polish

Hi My bathroom and kitchen have concrete floors with very dated Lino. I'd like the Lino removed, and the concrete floor ground and polished. The concrete is likely to be aged as I live in a 1950s apartment. The kitchen is 2300 x 1900. The bathroom is 1700 x 3900. The bathroom also contains a fixed bath, and a bolted down toilet within that space (these items will needed be worked around). The job is likely to be needed around November or later.
