The incompletion of this job and no communication is our biggest problem. We now have cut concrete, partially hammered out leaving a big mess which is very rough to drive over. We were relatively happy with the cuts made but that was the only professional part. Then guys turn up a few times to break up the concrete with very little enthusiasm. It makes a mockery of the 25 years experience and 'no job is too big or too small"! We paid 60% upfront for this job and this does not reflect the work.
