Concreting on footpath

Hi, I want to put concrete on footpath of side of my house as the place is hard to maintain with low sunshine with weeds. I've tried myself to put paving stones on it but found it's quite difficult to make it professional. The are is colored as red line in the attached photo. The area should be approximately 17~18 square meters. Location is Churton Park, Wellington.
