Repairs to concrete on pathway

We need a patch of concrete repaired on the path leading to the front door of the downstairs flat at our place. The patch is approximately 1200x500mm and part of the concrete has slumped on one side. It looks like when some pipes were repaired 10 years ago the fill wasn’t compacted properly so it’s settled in the interim leaving a void underneath the path.
