Removal old concrete/Ground prep/Reconcreting Back Garden and passageway

We have recently purchased a house in Newtown and need to replace our rear-deck, which has steps down into the back garden. We have a trusted builder who is able to replace the deck but as part of this, we want to remove the old/cracked concrete underneath the deck and replace it with new concrete (and patio if possible) around the new deck struts. We would need the old concrete removed first, and ground prepared (along with a drainage channel for the back garden). As part of this process we would also get the side of the house and small front door area re-concreted. The side of the house would need some prep work to prevent water ingress and our neighbours are happy to split the cost of the work on the side of the house. Our major concern is that the work needs to be completed before the end of July as we are moving to Auckland for a year then. Our builder is happy to work with any contractor who can work to that timeframe.
