Utility room levelling slab

Hi tradies, We have a utility room next to our garage and laundry we are wanting to raise the floor level by about 50mm. Self leveling to this height doesn't cut it so we're looking for someone to come in and do this small job. There is an existing ring foundation on 3 of the walls, but a bottom plate along one wall which is the garage on the other side. Its just under 11.5m2 and has an existing unlevel concrete slab. Access will be via the garage and through the laundry (a step up into the laundry) and down into this room. We have a steep narrow driveway so only a small concrete truck will get access.
