Create a concrete pad for a 8m x 2.35m swim spa to sit on. • Timeframes: Completed by 17 December. • Concrete requirements: o Size: 9m x 3.5m, 20cm thick. (The spa is 8m x 2.35m) o Needs to have reinforcing within it. o Spa needs well-supported, even weight distribution to allow for approx 1000kgs/ per square metre. • Excavate lawn/soil to correct depth. The swim spa lid will be level with the other spa pool lid. Excess soil can be tipped over the fence • Access: Excellent. This is on our lawn, and you can drive a truck right up to it. No buried cables etc. NOTE: We may need to remove a wooden post / concrete foot – we haven’t decided on the exact spa location yet, so we may also need to remove the structure in the attached picture. Eventually we will install a raised deck around the spas, a patio area and large fences. But will post a separate job for that.
